Schedule your 60-minute content planning call and receive my Welcome pack explaining everything you’ll need to provide.
Day 1 of Week 1 you’ll pay the second 33.33% payment, receive your brand mood board and we’ll have our 2-hour content planning call.
During Week 1, I’ll design all your web pages and ask for your feedback and amendments.
Day 1 of Week 2 we’ll have another 60-minute call to go through the website live together and discuss any further changes.
During Week 2, I’ll make any further amendments and by day 5 the site will go live (yay exciting!) and we’ll have our last 60-minute call.
The next week we’ll do your live recorded training session, so that you know how to make small changes (plus we’ll go over how you can get future support going forward).

Q: Will I need to be available during the website build process?
A: Yes, you will need to be available and be available to answer questions and send me your feedback and amendments during the 2 week build process.
We will also have 2 weekly calls (Monday/Friday) which you will need to schedule in your diary.
Q: Do you create logos and branding assets too?
A: I focus soley on web design, but can refer you to trusted partners for logo design, branding, copywriting and photography.
Q: Do you offer guides to help me write and prepare my website content?
A: Yes I provide you with really easy to follow guides and templates to help you to write your content. If you’re worried, please don’t be, I get compliments all the time from clients saying my guides made it so much easier than they anticipated!
Plus we will have a 60-minute content planning call so you will feel really supported.
Q: How do you handle setting up email, domain registration, and hosting?
My Website Care Plan is an all-in-one package that includes managed hosting, maintenance, backups, security, and premium support for your website. Here’s an overview:
Hosting – Your site is hosted on our fast, reliable servers via Amazon Web Services with 99.9% uptime. My WordPress installations are optimised to ensure the best Google speed tests.
Maintenance – We handle all website updates, plugins, CMS updates, and technical upkeep to prevent problems.
Backups – Your site is backed up daily offsite so content can be restored if needed.
Support – You get priority email support along with emergency assistance.
Pricing is £29/month or £320/year.
Email & Domain Registration:
You can have unlimited email inboxes (up to 10GB of storage per inbox) or email forwarders connected to your domain.
I will link your purchased domain to the Website Hosting Plan (outlined above).
Q: What is your turnaround time for completing a website?
A: Turnaround is 2-weeks for the Premium Website. Please note all content must be provided at least 2 working days prior to the agreed start date.
Q: What happens after my site is launched?
A: I provide a recorded live training session showing you how to make small changes to your site.
Plus I will explain how you can access additional support going forward.
