Refunds

Melanieengland.com does not give refunds or returns. Your first 50% deposit fee is non-refundable and is used to secure your one-on-one two-week website design dates. If the Client wished to cancel the Designer’s service, they must let the Designer know in writing by contacting hello@melanieengland.com within 14 days before the first day of the design date in order to not be obligated to pay the remaining 50% second deposit. Cancellations

If the Client wishes to cancel the Designer’s service or booked design dates the Client agrees to pay a £500 cancelation fee to compensate the designer for any lost time during their contract and to pay for the loss of working with other clients.

The Client will not get the first 50% of the total balance deposit fee back as it is non-refundable.
